Meet Lori

With over 28 years of experience in HR and employment relations—dating back to the 1990s—I've dedicated my career to helping organisations navigate their most complex people challenges with integrity and care.

I founded LSK Evolve on the belief that great HR isn't just about policies and procedures—it's about understanding people, creating inclusive cultures, and resolving conflicts with emotional intelligence and professionalism.

My approach has always centred on three principles: Sound Health, Sound Mind, and Sound Work life. Whether I'm conducting a complex investigation, developing an EDI strategy, or coaching a senior leader, these values guide every decision and recommendation.

Throughout my career, I've conducted hundreds of workplace investigations, supported organisations through major restructures, developed EDI strategies, and coached leaders to unlock their potential. Every client is unique, and I bring a tailored, values-led approach to each engagement.
